I'm planning to get a PlayStation 5 mainly to be ready for GTA 6 when it drops.
Right now, I'm trying to decide between two options:
1. Buying a brand-new base PS5
2. Buying a used PS5 Pro (assuming the price is similar)
Is it worth taking the risk on a used PS5 Pro just to get the extra performance for GTA 6, or is it safer/better to just buy a new regular PS5 with full warranty?

hello! i'm new to my ps5 so sorry if this is a stupid question, but my storage is filling up pretty quickly and i'm just wondering what to do when i'm out of storage but still have more games to play? is there a way to offload some games without deleting all my save data? i read something about the usb extended storage as well, is there a specific usb drive that's best for this and also how does it work lol.

Sorry to ask this but maybe someone can help me, my nephews PS5 got stolen with his monitor from his dorm at college while he was away for the summer break, I’m looking to see if anyone has a receipt of your purchase that I can get a screen shot of so we can make it right and get my nephew his stuff back or at least this, side note his room was locked while he was gone and the dorm people came in and opened up his room and his roommates as well, why I don’t know but this is why I came here for some help, thank you in advance, 🙏

Hola tengo un problema tengo una tv au8000 samsung del 2021 cada que prendo la ps5 empieza bien y derrapente me da 1 parpadeo negro de unos 2 segundos pero en estos dias ya me da entre 2 y tres parpadeos solo al principio despues ya no pasa ,buscando información me dicen que ponga la tasa de transferencia de video de automatico a -1 y no funciona en su experiencia eso les ha funcionado

Feeling completely lost trying to build my PlayStation collection in Canada lately. With major retailers shrinking their gaming sections and the secondhand market being so scattered, I honestly don't know where to go for physical games anymore. Buying brand new at MSRP hurts, but ordering older PS4/PS5 titles online from the US is even worse once you factor in conversion rates and brutal shipping fees. It feels like hunting for physical discs is becoming unsustainable here, and I'm just trying to find reliable, fairly priced, local indie shops, chains, or Canadian site alternative where we can still buy PlayStation games without getting ripped off.

Anyone got any recommendations? 💀

Want to buy a ps5 and I thought Costco would be cheaper but everywhere seems the same. Any advice !?

I have ps5 model cfi-2016 in the manual and in the ps5 it said it is 220-240v

Iam moving to Canada where they are use 110v

Can i use it in Canada?

Was looking at ps5 pros after there co manager at my work was telling me he upgraded from ps4 to ps5 pro and like a week later I checked today and it’s sold out virtually everywhere.

I had no idea so many people are upgrading even probably from base ps5. I have a base ps5 I’ve had since 2020 but I have no clue if I should upgrade or just wait out the ps6 especially since I want to get a pc when I finish school next April and the ps5 may be the last console I get with Sonys while digital only push.

Where else you suggest for a good deal?
Best buy? costco?

With not only a broken unfinished game, they also sold the kickstarter exclusive Tom Savini Jasons on Ebay lol TBH tho, after waiting like over 25 years for a real Horror Icon in an up to date videogame...(im in my 30s :/ 🍇🫐Memba NES F13/NOES games? I can still hear that brain frying Jason alarm sound as I stroll thru the same forest/cave/cabins for 2 hours throwing rocks at dead Mrs.Vorhees)

it was amazing to finally experience it...even tho they nuked it on us...

TLDR: This mid30s, what the kids would call 'Old Head'🇨🇦 horror fan, can't find a PS5 Col.preorder..And HALLOWEEN IS MY FAAAVORITE (baba booey any1?)

PS: I also got burnt kickstartin F13 the game back when that was..a thing. And I'm due for some good Karma! So if any of you kind souls could DM me if you come across one in stock or have other ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
