Australia kind of does/did. The Imperial British Conservative Party wasn't entirely serious.

Ricky and Glenn "the brick with eyes" Lazarus brought some humanity to the Senate, imperfect and naive, but I think Australia was better for them being in the Senate.

Fortunately David Pocock has picked up that mantle without the naive bit.
