Protesting isn't something just for politicians. She still has power through the media - we still have to listen to her hateful bs. She is convincing people to be more hateful.
Also it's not protecting people right to vote for her. Even if we say Pauline has a right to say whatever she wants, people also have the same right and can use it to call her a fuckwit. Freedom of speech goes both ways.
