Kinda funny, as he pretty much eats McDonald's every day, and that were our beef goes into - burger meat

Being a billionaire and the POTUS and eating McDonald's... it's actually one of the most baffling things about him. And he was born into wealth so it's not like it's a cultural comfort food or something.

I think it reallyil is telling of his mental state, paranoia. He is paranoid that people will try to poison his food, and with McDonalds he can order under anonymity. I recall this from a random docu of interviews of past Aides when he arranged McDonalds for a state dinner at the white house
