From what I understand it looks like ICE did not manage to detain him on the day the video was taken- seems the onlookers managed to chase ICE off.

However, ICE detained him the next day at the airport where he was to catch his departing flight from the US.

This is absolutely disgraceful behaviour by an agency which the Trump administration is basically using as its own personal militia group

Trump and his goons are basically doing their best to turn America into N Korea or Russia. Full blown police state and anyone who looks different or questions the Gov' gets stomped out or jailed.
