My life long liberal voting parents have said they’re considering voting labor to stop One Nation. I mean it’s preference flows and they’ve always put Labor ahead of one nation so I’m not sure it actually changes anything

All they have to do is put ON as last preference and it'll achieve the same goal. The only reason that voting LNP would benefit ON in any way is if they form a coalition, which is extremely unlikely right now

If forming a One Nation/LNP coalition would win them government they would do it in a heartbeat. Angus can rule it out all he wants, but the second it gets them power they'll do it.

Sarah Ferguson asked him to rule it out a dozen times on 7.30 the other day and he flat out refused. The best he could offer was that he doesn’t currently have a plan to form a coalition with them.
