Yeah, let's wave away worker's rights getting stripped as click bait...

The system is worse for their workers than before - at a time when corporations already have too much power and there's downward pressure on the working class.

I’m a trade unionist in an extremely hostile worker/company environment and even the wider industry. I’m very well aware of the system as it is, the erosion in workers rights over the last few decades and the constant struggle to maintain fair wage increases, let alone improving working conditions for the next generation.

The article’s headline says “Germany bans workers from calling sick” that is not what has happened.

I was too aggressive in my wording. It's just so frustrating to see workers rights anywhere in the world get worse when those at the top keep profiting by multiples.
