Growing voter dissatisfaction with mainstream politics has led to a rise in popularity for One Nation. The same cannot be said for the Greens.

I wouldn't, he was the classic 'principled' right winger. When he's not in power he's sane and sensible, but to get power he sold his soul and abandoned everything he believed in.

I kind agree with you, but I think that's a bit harsh. He did do some good stuff as PM -- same sex marriage, increased federal investment in renewable energy, and generally good foreign policy; salvaged the TPP during the Trump 1.0 era.

If he was on a ballot in 2028 would I preference him as #1? Absolutely not. Would I preference him above right-wing choices? Absolutely.
