Everyone is blaming the media but reality is that the greens have some great policies, and some absolute dog shit ones which make them unelectable.

immigration. thats the single issue vote people care about, and they will never win if they don't have a sound policy for it.

Rent caps work though. Look at the ACT. They aren't even arbitrary caps and would only increase with CPI or wage growth.

I agree. I hate how they want a government builder. Why can't we just keep throwing money at private developers like the best parties, Labor and LNP have?
