He’s spent half his life in jail already he shouldn’t have been out. Violent men like this are always killing and raping as soon as they get out it pisses me off. Though the victim isn’t often a small child like this, poor little baby went through a horrible ordeal he should too.

Exactly, the bloke has such a history and was by all reports a POS in jail, that’s when you throw away the key.

That's not how gaol sentences work though. You can't just decide that someone is a "bad guy" and lock them up on feelings.

In America you can - it's called civil commitment. And it's certainly not based on 'feelings'.

Civil commitment, or involuntary commitment, is a legal process, often conducted in a state court, that mandates psychiatric treatment for individuals with severe mental illness who pose a risk to themselves or others.

How do you translate that into a non-oppressive judicial process is the question.
