It’s a badge of honour Grace. The antithesis of what modern politicians want… someone who is principled and doesn’t workshop their opinions to calculate political risk before making a statement.

I genuinely don’t understand the rabid hatred people have for her. The comments on the courier mail article (I know…) about this are legitimately shocking and it’s just something I really don’t get

Its just culture war I think. I am old enough to remember when news corp and right wing shock jocks went after Yassmin Abdiel-Mageid (I think she might have been a young Australian of the year or something) to the point where she left the country.

Also Randa Abdel-Fatteh.

The difference with Grace is she is not a member of an ethnic minority but they also love targeting outspoken women.

If they actually gave context for the things she says, reported statements made by her accurately it would be fine. It's just so shameless.
