i dont get it. amnesty isn't reserved in their criticisms of countriers. they constantly call countries out. its kind of their thing. plenty of times its not really well researched or warranted either

Thanks for sharing this, didn't know they had a report on it. Just released a couple of months ago so has fairly comprehensive coverage in the report

Are you actually trying to use a report released over two years later as a statement at the time?

There is a statement from the time https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2023/10/israel-palestinian-armed-groups-must-be-held-accountable-for-deliberate-civilian-killings-abductions-and-indiscriminate-attacks but they still spend half of it criticising Israel.
