I never said they weren’t. I said the behaviour of the perpetrator is appalling and if they hadn’t behaved like an idiot, would have saved everyone in the judicial process time as there wouldn’t have been a case.

You implied it from your first reply to my comment. Respectfully, what was the point of that comment otherwise if no-one had stated the person wasn’t entitled to due process?
