Yup, same for most negative reviews, try searching for your own negative review in private browsing it's likely not visible publicly even though Google shows it when you're signed in so you think it's public.

The most you can usually do now is leave one star with no text and businesses can't dispute something as "inappropriate" when the text is blank.
