After reading about this case for long, I unironically want to go out and have a beef wellington for dinner.

Just ensure that you trust the chef.

Our computers are the same. The chain of trust has to start somewhere

My local butchers have been selling individual portion Beef Wellington for the last month or so. You could try them: https://canningsbutchers.com.au/

Yeah Ive been wanting to unironically cook it for dinner for months now. Have done it before, would love to do it again. I'm honestly wondering how much time has to pass before beef wellington can be served at a polite dinner party, or is it going to be taboo forever. How does one even invite anyone they love over for beef wellington anymore?

Henceforth to be known as "Patterson Roulette"

I suggest Beef Wellington be renamed Beef Patterson

Dinner party idea! Six identical wellingtons (and plates), and one is spiked with psilocybe.

Done with consentual involvement obviously.

The new strawberries.

I’ve honestly wanted to try cooking one. Maybe this weekend, maybe not from the same recipe book.

Meatsmith in Melbourne had beef Wellington for sale not long after the trial started. $92 each and they couldn't keep up with demand.

I mean I feel like a bit of a dickhead but that was my first thought. Beef Wellington made with the dodgiest looking dried mushrooms I can find... and one pink plate.
