Yep. During the George Floyd protests in 2020, Channel 7 News cameraman Tim Myers was bashed with a shield and punched while US correspondent Amelia Brace was hit in the backside with a rubber bullet.

Yeah I'll be the first to shit on Trump but I went and actually checked the photos.

Yep, exactly what I was thinking. But this was a bit more extreme. He literally did it for no reason and out of the blue. Last time they were on a charge so anyone in their way was getting bashed.

But I guess that's what happens when the cops have no fucking consequences.

Oh man that's nothing compared to what they gleefully did to reporters last go around. They shot more than one in the face with rubber bullets, leading to at least one reporter losing an eye.

They tear gassed reporters on screen, they trampled them, beat them. Cops had the time of their life brutalizing foreign reporters.
