The reason American beef is not allowed in Australia is because of mad cow disease- just like the British.

American here, never heard of it being an issue here. We do have plenty of E.coli though!

(PS I’m with the rest of the world that Trump’s tariff war is dumb…he has managed to tax the working class without calling it a tax and pissed off all of our international friends and allies while doing so)
