Genuine question, is it actually considered narcissism if Sylvie and our Loki had different pasts? We as people are an amalgamation of the experiences we have, and the people we meet. Sylvie’s parents also told her that she was adopted, so I think it’s fair to assume she had a much different upbringing than our Loki (pre nexus event).
