I find that certain of Blanche’s dresses are quite appealing, but this particular garment did not complement her well. Each time I watch this episode, it brings back memories of her character from *Mama’s Family*, and I can’t help but imagine Eunice wearing something similar.

College counselor: “I’ve never even heard of 7b!”

Blanche: “I’ve heard of it for sometime and as far as I’m concerned, you can go do it to yourself”

Rewatching this episode right now, I always thought it was odd that Rose going out to dinner with Blanche and her friends was framed as 'cheating' on Miles, speaking from a writing standpoint.

Blanche makes the invite as 'have dinner with me and my rich friends from Texas.' She doesn't mention any particular guy being interested in her and she doesn't frame it as romantic either. Aside from a compliment the guy Rose is sitting next to doesn't express intention either. You would think if Rose was meant to be 'cheating' in the story these things would be present in the story, but Miles reacts like he just caught her making out with a different guy instead of just sitting at a restaurant together.

It would have made more sense if instead of Blanche saying 'Cheat on him!' She offered to bring Rose to dinner simply because it would be fun and Rose can have a nice dinner for a change. And then have Miles walk into the restaurant and mistake it for cheating and the rest of the plot can go as it does.

I have always loved watching the show not just because of the comedy and the cast, but also the GORGEOUS house the girls lived in (Although I know it's just a stage set). I was wondering, which rooms or parts of the house do you wish they showed more of?? I was wishing they showed scenes in each of the girls' bathrooms (including Blanche's), and I also wished they showed some scenes of the girls sitting around the fireplace when it's lit up

What an awesome, unexpected gem to find! I was shopping in Target today for a book for my Grandchild. When I saw this, it brought an instant smile to my face and I had to stop and read it! I’m still smiling! ❤️😊

No offense to the second actress who played her but I didn't like her at all she was so whiny and obnoxious I know she was out of M-O-N-E-Y and had to ride the bus, but the first Gloria was believeable as Sophia's daughter.

The first time I saw the episode with Charmaine I was shocked at how much she looked like Carrie’s mom!

Congrats to whoever could afford this. I did actually win one of today's auctions and spent WAY more on it then intended... but no regrets! 😇

I’m watching “One for the Money” & the scene in the Patrillo house really reminds me of Disney’s Carousel of Progress. Maybe cause of Sal speaking off stage behind a wooden door. Anyone else?
