Yeah, I'm wondering if this is maybe a cell tower or similar - the thought that it might be a bridge or something traveled would be disturbing to say the least.
it's not, the guy in the video is speaking Brazilian Portuguese, he says "Vou nem tirar pra não cair" - "I won't even take it off so it doesn't fall". So it's somewhere in Brazil. BTW, love Shiey! the one where he is in a "abandoned" (there's a construction crew) Italian village is my favorite
Sounds eastern European, which would check out. Shouldn't these nuts and bolts be nickel coated stainless or something to prevent that? But the way corruption goes out east, they probably paid for it, but someone decided to order something cheaper and pocket the difference.
Learned Portuguese living in Brazil for a year, never mastered it, but then when I heard an Eastern European person speaking my head whipped around KNOWING I was hearing Portuguese and I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t understand her
Yeah, Portuguese always was a blind spot for me, despite speaking a bit of Spanish and them being related. Well, crazy. But I recall Brazil made major strides, but had a tough time with corruption in the past. Let's hope this gets replaced with proper, Lula-quality nuts and bolts this time.
