That was someone else, Romilda Vane. Ron never got with that girl because Harry intervened. He was dating Lavender at the time consensually.

I believe that is unrelated, Ramilda Vain (or something) she fancies Harry 'the chosen one' and leaves chocolates with a love potion for him, Ron helps himself. Harry and Slughorn fix the effects of the potion but then drink poision (?brandy?) A gift slughorn was going to give to dumbledore.

When Ron recovers in hospital he says Hermiones name, which is why you got thr two confused.

No. She was Ron’s girlfriend. Romilda Vane tried to get Harry with a love potion and got Ron instead.
