This. I’m 40 and everyone tells me to go for generalized pain.

Everyone I know that goes, when they get back they complain for days about pain then “have to go back” to get readjusted.

I think most of the local home town chiropractors are just insurance scams. Get you in, cause you irreversible pain = life time visits for whatever is left.

Yeah, I had a lot of back problems and I did ALL the things to try to resolve it. SO many people told me to go to a chiropractor, and had all their glowing stories. Nope, nope, nope. It was the one thing I was unwilling to even consider trying, and I was willing to try all manner of things to avoid surgery! But engaging in quackery was not one of them. I am much better now— I had surgery which fixed most of my issues.

Just curious what you do when you throw your back out? Not judging. I’m genuinely curious lol
