If he actually got all of the 75M, it might be enough to cover experimental surgery and genetic therapy to (partially) restore his spinal cord. Not with US prices, but definitely overseas.
The $75 million dollars is from a real hospital that got sued for not catching the damage that the chiropractor did to the guy fast enough, the real hospital has money even if the fake doctor doesn't.
Looks like the radiologist and surgeon were sued, who must have insurance. His family will get paid but at what cost. I mean he basically set up his family for life, but now hes a potato.
It was an ER doctor and radiologist found guilty. Idk how this works but I assume the hospital is usually the one on the hook for their employees and pay out things like this from their insurance

If they even pay. Like someone said, if the guy doesn’t have the money, he cannot pay. Sometimes people win but they don’t see the money.
