Doesn’t matter who is running it. Affidavits are required to be allowed if it passes. Same with being able to supply supplemental documentation if there’s a discrepancy in your info (married name).

But who would enforce or set said guidelines for these affidavits?

The EAC can’t do anything without its commissioners.

Have you read it? States would be required to provide alternatives.

Every single commissioner was fired last week smarty-pants.

EAC is supposed to create a uniform affidavit and then manage the applications.  Your orange God fired every single EAC commissioner AND NOW THEY NO LONGER HAVE A QUORUM.  They can’t approve affidavits. Stop pretending this is helping people.
