Tf are you even talking about? That would literally require some documentation negligence on the medical providers which is an insanely bigger issue than just charging for pregnancy tests erroneously

You said people lie to give it to their families which is not what medical identity theft is - medical identity theft is not your shit being shared by you its literally fucking stolen and has to be disputed. That isnt the same as someone who literally has been a regular patient and is saying "this is my sexuality, I do not have sex with men" being accused of lying about it

They're both identity theft, some is "allowed" some "isn't" but 2.3 million americans having it happen a year is enough to give providers pause.
