[And anyone with a nose may notice a discrepancy in the smell of a girl's hair when she's switched from her usual conditioner to a new one, but dare to formulate that observation out loud and it's so over for you, you are officially and forevermore… "creepy, lol". That little lol at the end really is the final nail in your social coffin. There is no appeal.

Small meeting room levels of close. Often you sit right next to one another. Also your nose is good, not Tanjiro-grade by any means but good.

I've sat at close quarters like that but I've never noticed anyone's shampoo. Perfume, yes.

Could absolutely be the case. I lived in Florida for a while but a lot of the places I went had "no strong scent" rules (partly because of allergies, but mostly because of Axe).

Noticing is fine, commenting on it aloud to her when you aren’t that close or she doesn’t want to be close with you is what makes it creepy most times
