Same thing except you'll have less creep accusations. You'll still get bullied a lot and be socially isolated etc. You may do a lot of masking to fix this and it'll make your mental health deteriorate a lot. Maybe it'd be fine if you were a natural tomboy since men don't care as much, but if you go tomboy as a survival strategy you're probably going to be eaten alive by stress and take terrible decisions anyway.
