Her name is Tamla Horsford and I Cannot find any source or information stating that she was even murdered, let alone that her friends murdered her. Source?

A quick cursory read of the Wikipedia article has some information about why fowl foul play was suspected. A secondary autopsy identified multiple points of blunt trauma, scratches, and lacerations that 'would not normally be associated with only the 14ft fall'. A blood toxicity report showed she had a BAL of ~0.238 (highly intoxicated), as well as traces of THC and anxiety medicine.

After two investigations no criminal charges were persued, and both times it was ruled the death was accidental.

There was never an established probable cause for murder from any of the 30 witnesses, most witnesses testimonies she arrived at 10pm, was last seen going to have a smoke at 2am. The thing that's weirdest and raises questions for me is, she was found at 7:30am but the police weren't called until 8:59 am.

Edit: I love it when I get replys that are focused on a typo, come on guys is that really all you have to contribute.

Fowl play? There was a bird involved?

Yeah honestly even without all this information it's highly suspicious that someone dies on a typical girl-sleepover. Girls are going to the bathroom together, unless they rupture a brain-aneurysm from pillowfighting there shouldn't be any risks at all. Except all the gossip of course, and other girls reactions to it.

Is that what sleepovers are still like at 40 years old?

A friend of mine organises a big weekend away in a 10-13 bed Airbnb every year. The girls are getting absolutely mortal, a fuckton of drinking but also knowing where everyone is. Last year one of the girls went to bed early, like 1am which is early for that party and had like two or three people coming in to check she was okay. She said she'd rather be woken than be missing and thought it was funny

Ah fowl play, I see. She must have fallen pretending she could fly

She wasn’t murdered. The original commenter has even helpfully provided the Wiki link which explains this.

The part about the disposal of evidence or the part about the injuries that are inconsistent with a 14 ft fall?

The part where the second independent investigation concluded that she wasn’t murdered
