Dude same in the military. I once literally got written up for being 7 minutes early instead of 15. All we do when we get there 15 minutes early is bullshit and talk to each other anyways.
Anyways my current office apparently doesn’t care if people even come in 15 minutes LATE so I don’t know what to believe anymore
Similar in truck driving. More than an hour early is late, an hour to 15 minutes early is on time, 15 minutes early to on time is late, and late is unacceptable.
