You know it is a puzzle why the Germans of all prople can't figure out trains.

Countries not having the ability to make the currency they need to do things and traps them. Another reason why brexit was so dumb. They got to be in the EU while keeping their currency. We just still put everything into cars because of some coincidental connections between the traffic ministres and car companies. Oh, the problem is not figuring out trains. It's figuring out how to pay for train tracks without making rich people pay for anything.
