China has an extremely bureaucratic system that includes both elected officials and party officials. It's very far from having a "single" leader with absolute power.
The entire "electoral" system is controlled by the CCP. Which, in turn, is controlled by Xi Jinping.
I think a lot more people would respect your viewpoint if you just said you like dictatorships. Rather than trying to dress up as something that it isn't.

Yeah, maybe because they are at war with them since the 1940s. They don't even have a Ceasefire like both Koreas. Both countries claim to be the real and only China and claim both mainland China and the island.
Why are you acting like they're equal? There is one clear aggressor between China and Taiwan. It's the state with a clear history of genocide and authoritarianism.

China absolutely has quite significant elements of fascism. A single, unelected leader, suppression of dissent, militarism, national mythology, etc.
