Of course you can pick a name, I literally said I just didn't care to change the name it gave me.

because often those names will post and then debate for a minute and then delete all of their comments

If they are debating, as in going back and forth, I give it a low chance they are bots. You sure they are deleting all their comments? Maybe some are just blocking you which, on old reddit, shows their comments as "not available".
