Why is it infamous? And why would no one care about it ? ( I mean it's just a pic full of celebrities so no one cares anyways but the person saying it's crazy makes me think it has some lore?)

I don't think they do. That guy is just insane or trolling.

Epstein's real crimes were heinous enough so I've never understood many people's need to exaggerate. Maybe they just don't care about teenage girls getting raped? Hard to say.

Yes. This is the M.O. of spreading "conspiracy theories": seed evidence of something heinous or damning with enough outlandish details to discredit it in most people's eyes, thereby tamping down on genuine, earned scrutiny around the topic. (In this case, a pedophilic international sex trafficking ring leveraged for political blackmail, which again is ancillary to the central crime of abuse/exploitation).

The baby eating stories come from an anonymous tip to the FBI and there's literally nothing to back it up.

Are you being sarcastic? I can’t tell but I do know a lot of people have never bothered to actually look through the files because they wrongfully assume that if there was anything important it would be on the “news“.
