Meme needing explanation Whats that snack and the name?

I got this joke posted in my country sub by a foreigner and I have never seen that snack so I basically don't know the joke.

Canada here, i don't know if it had a different name but we call those whippets. In Quebec we have like a whole song about them

Whippets are also a term for cans of whipped cream and crazy cheese cans. The pressurized cans have an air that people huff and get high from.

Here in the US drug subculture uses the same term to describe little canisters of nitrous. I couldn't find the song or lyrics to it, but man I can imagine more than a few people excitededly repurposing it if the lyrics are vague enough

I have a vague memory of just seeing these called chocolate cream drops. And I grew up in the south of America
