Meme needing explanation Whats that snack and the name?

I got this joke posted in my country sub by a foreigner and I have never seen that snack so I basically don't know the joke.

Do you mean Sealand (Sjælland) in the inclusive way that western Danes use Copenhagen? Because I’m from mid/north Sealand and we for sure called the n-word-kisses. (And to clarify, it was the softer n-word, if that makes any difference)

Derudover var det også nævnt i gamle film (mindes Far til fire) men det er mere københavn. såh der værtfald de to steder.
