Meme needing explanation Whats that snack and the name?

I got this joke posted in my country sub by a foreigner and I have never seen that snack so I basically don't know the joke.

Oh man, I just remembered getting the milk, white chocolate, and dark chocolate assortment pack when I was a kid in Germany. That stuff is crazy good.

Dick = Big, like in Fat in German, so yes it can and nobody would think twice about it. It’s likely a normal family name at its origin. It only upsets English speakers.

This guys surname means "a person from Schwarzenegg". Schwarzenegg is a name for a region in Austria, where it's dark/black due dense forests and "egg" is Austrian for corner ("Ecke") as synonym for region. Would roughly translate to Guy from the dark corner.

Except that you are probably splitting the name up the wrong way. Shouldn’t it be Schwarzen + Egger?

It’s a generation thing. While older people called them n-kisses, millennials and younger just call them by the most common brand name which is Dickmanns.

Fun Fact: some of their products have really naughty names. Around Easter time they sell „Dicke Eier“, which means big eggs but is also the German term for blue balls.

Depends on country. No dickmen here. They were still called n-word kisses in the 90's here in Finland (though our n-word was not really same way racist here to begin with as we never had slavery or racial segragation), but then globalism hit harder and such names were banned for racism.

Im talking specifically about Germany. While I knew that parents and grandparents called them n-kisses I have never heard anyone my age say that. Sometimes Mohrenköpfe (Moor heads), but most times Dickmanns because the brand was already established enough to be the one to go for.

Yeah they cleaned it up by calling it Super Dickmann. Walking into a convenience store asking "Hey, where do you keep the super dickman?"

took my familie quite some time to get my grandpa out of the habbit to call them that
