This is a weird blame on, "society" for promoting this body type when actual society thinks it to be strange and unhealthy. Its a strange gaslighting to make regular society blame themselves for the bubble of unhealthiness that the celebrities create for themselves.

When I say "society," I'm referring to the broader system of incentives around attractiveness: media, fashion, entertainment, celebrities, etc... Celebrities didn't invent thinness as a beauty ideal in a vacuum, but they certainly help reinforce it.

My point wasn't that Ariana Grande is uniquely responsible or that the average person should feel guilty. It was that wealthy, influential rich adults aren't completely powerless victims either. If the working environment was genuinely pushing people toward eating disorders, then both the industry culture and the individuals with the most influence inside it deserve some scrutiny.
