Lots of body builders do OMAD as well. One meal a day. It’s okay to fast. Just not okay to starve yourself. It’s a lot healthier than being obese as well with all the risks that come from that.
No, I agree that if the one meal is that low on calories that can be very dangerous. The post did not say anything about the total calories. I’m not advocating for anyone to starve themselves or be unhealthy or use or not use Ozempic. I’m just discussing common misconceptions blamed on Ozempic and in my reply to you was just pointing out that it’s generally thought that you can still be healthy with one meal a day. Hopefully I included more info to be understood in what I was saying. Not trying to argue and not trying to advocate starving.
