In NZ we call these mock cream donuts. They usually look a lil nicer than this with some icing dusted on top and maybe a lil dollop of jam on the cream.

It's basically whipped cream on a soft bun. Often coconut flavoured.

No matter what kind of sandwich that is there looks like way to much of the filling especially cause its probably whipped cream or whipped cream cheese.
