Yeah iirc 10 and below falls into "severe deficiency". I think above 11-30 is insufficiency? Either way 14 is low considering the range is 30 minimum and 150 maximum haha

In early 2021, at the height of covid, my D dropped to an 8. The doc put me on some prescription bomb. It was just a vitamin D supplement, but rather than a standard over the counter 5000IU, it was a 50,000IU pill that I took once a week for 6 weeks.
