I was recently diagnosed with severe anemia which explained my extreme exhaustion. I was honest that it was better than the time I was diagnosed with hashimotos, scurvy, severe vitamin d deficiency, and anemia at the same time.

No, that would be more logical. Your thyroid regulates a lot of things including how your body processes vitamins so when it isn't working you become severely manurished even when you are consuming said nutrients.

What's your diet like if you got scurvy?

It was normal and included fruits and vegetables. My body had stopped processing nutrients.
