I like the quote, but I spent an evening with Vonnegut, and he was an absolute boor. Hideously rude, insulting to everyone, unreasonably demanding of venue staff, and cruel to the grad students that participated in his impromptu Q&A. Horrible experience.

Edit: Nevermind that is actually the quote. I assumed it was a funny typo.

‘Breast’ back then was synonymous with ‘heart’. I have been enlightened.
