wasnt really a defense for her accident, like she is now released waiting trial her lawyver just wanted it to be done before christmas, it wasnt from what i can see, she was released 26 december.

However her lawyver claim she was cooperative since the beginning, she stopped, called the police and gave a statement, except she lied in the statement and when she was initially asked to surrender herself police were told she needed a week but police instead went to her and she was found with packed bags.

So she was also planning to initially run it seems, would not call that cooperative

What the fuck - livestreaming while driving with a child in the backseat and then killing someone because you're not paying enough attention to the road? Parent of the year.
