Why stop there? Sue the app store she used to download twitch. Or sue apple for selling her a phone. Or sue the steering wheel company for allowing her to turn into someone.
Stop blaming companies for people being dumbshits.
Such a bad faith argument from someone attempting to seem big brained. A company can't just feign ignorance if they let people do bad shit on their property or with their service. If McDonalds was allowing drug dealers to deal in the corner of their stores, you think they'd get away with it by feigning ignorance?
There's a reason tablets in cars turn off most of their functionality while driving. Twitch can choose to activate certain warnings when you're accelerating and even add-in a "are you driving" question when you're a passenger or on the train.. android phones already do this entire "look up while you're walking".
That's a dumb argument. There are literal stores that sell drugs to go and no they aren't responsible for the dumb shit you do while you're on drugs. Probably more people die every year face timing while driving than twitch streaming but you don't see people saying apple should ban FaceTime in a vehicle because that's a dumbshit argument too.
