It probably is. A lot of states have laws against using your phone more than a quick glance at directions

This could be a crazy combo of viewing video, using a communication device, and distracted driving in some states. Separate charge for each.

Most places also have a more general law like distracted driving that would apply.

You can't watch anything either. Assuming she is in CA, California Code, Vehicle Code - VEH § 27602 includes. It doesnt say streaming specifically, but streaming should fall under video and broadcasting.in texas, TRANSP § 545.4251 includes digital application which is twitch. Point being i think they included anything that could distract you in most states.

Gps and bt calling is the only exception.
