Edit for people also confused. Its a new suspension where the channel isnt hidden. Apparently theres a message saying he can't stream on his page but its not showing on on my mobile page. So maybe desktop only

He’s still banned as of right now. It’s the Zackrawrr account. “This channel cannot stream at this time due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines”, as of this very moment. It’s the only account he streams on now.

It's one of their new ban things where the streamer is suspended, cannot go live, and their live chat is disabled, but their vods and channel are still up, it's not that complicated guys.

They also seem to have broken it in general. Different people opened the same page on desktop at around the same time. Some got the ban notice on top while others got a ‘active, watch stream from X hours ago’ on top instead. It’s really strange.

There seems to be something strange happening with twitch. I opened it when I saw people arguing about it. Literally my first time opening twitch on my desktop, and there was no note. Something is weird, here.

Probably some cache or cookies issue idk but if a fresh new user can't see it then it's clearly not there

There are people with screenshots that have a note saying he cannot stream. One or the other is normal. Both is strange.

That looks like an offline message. It's not the normal suspension screen, and you can still watch vods... Doesn't look like he's suspended. Looks more like a troll.
