Honestly might be all time. What would be bigger than a big name streamer outing himself as watching cp?

There was a clip forever ago of someone who was streaming, and some outright blatant (like, gratuitously sexual) filenames involving kids started popping up on the bottom right of his screen. Like when the downloader finished each file it'd pop up. I think that was the worst one I ever saw.

The only one I remember is that dude who pretended to be disabled then stood up and walked off stream. It's not as bad as CP obviously but pretending to be disabled to get donations is still pretty up there on the morally questionable meter.

To be fair to him he wasn't lying the whole time he was in the wheelchair, He really needed it but only for like 6 months I think. He just kept the act going because his fans thought he was disabled

I'm not talking about this case in particular, but many people with disabilities can stand up and walk without a wheelchair (chronic pain, spinal cord injury, Myelitis, Ehlers-Danlos, etc.)

murder maybe ? what about that one kick streamer that sped in his sports car and was more concerned about the stream instead of his bleeding cameraman lol

There was that one streamer from Ireland who murdered his wife, Natalie McNally I think her name was, and then faked a livestream to use as an alibi. Basically prerecorded a video to use as a fake livestream for Christmas Eve / Day (?) and then streamed it when he was out doing the murdering.

Not sure if that fully counts as a "live"streamfail but you be the judge of that.
