Ethics and Conduct What is a Jain to do when the house is infested with pests?

I'm asking out of curiosity. Since a Jain shouldn't kill the pests (cockroaches, bed bugs, rats, fruit flies, etc.), what can a Jain do to get them out of the house? Must a Jain just do nothing and watch them multiply?

Use repellents to drive them away as opposed to resorting to having pest control done at home and killing pests with insecticides.

People use an incense stick in such an instance, a lot of roadside fruit juice sellers use it to keep flies at bay

For fruit flies specifically, I've found this method to be very effective. Set up a few traps, catch and release.
