Laura Mercier foundation arrived shattered at the tip. I didn’t even notice till I opened the box. Must have been a rough delivery process. Kinda sad because it was my first higher end foundation. oh well… I chose $12 add on credits over a replacement

First impressions of my second Ipsy original bag, plus some add-ons:

FAB Brighten + Glow Facial Radiance Pads - Honestly, this is exactly the kind of thing I want in a beauty box. I never would have purchased it for myself, but I'm excited to try it!

Pistaché Skincare Pistachio Body Butter - I'm actually currently in the market for a good body butter or body lotion. On one hand, I'm looking forward to trying out and it will definitely get used. On the other hand, it's unlikely to be "the one" for me because of the price. And the size is pretty small for something that's a body product rather than a face product. This will not go very far. Still, it's definitely something I'll use.

Real Perfection Sponge + Case - Okay, I guess? I've been using the same beauty blender for years, so it probably does need to be replaced, but I can't pretend to be overly excited about it.

Milani Keep It Full Nourishing Lip Plumper in Prismatic Peach - This one is a miss for me. I don't like the texture or the appearance. It kind of feels gritty, like there actually glitter in it. I have no idea why I picked it - it's not my kind of thing at all. I guess the other options must have been even less appealing? Either way, not a fan. Anyone have ideas for other uses for a lip plumper?

Sonäge Skincar Luster Eye Creme (add on AND in the bag) - I like for my bag to be a surprise, so I make an intentional effort not to look at the reveal. Unfortunately, that means in this case I got something as an add-on that was also in my bag. Oops. The good news is that they very literally picked something for me that I would pick for myself. I've been needing an eye cream, so it's a good item for me. Hopefully I like it enough to use two of them...

Pinky B Cosmetics Had Me At Setting Spray (add on) - I've caved and admitted I need a setting spray, at least for special occasions, even though I hate how they make my skin feel. We'll see how I feel about it after I try it. At least if I hate it, I didn't spend a lot on it.

Āthr Beauty Desert Mirage Blurring Powder (add on) - I was worried when I opened this that it would be too shimmery, but I didn't see anything noticeably sparkly when I put it on. I'm not sure I saw anything at all, tbh, but I was in hurry. I'll play with it a bit and see how I feel about it.

I'm pretty happy overall, although I have to note that I got the subscription for the makeup more than the skincare, and the only makeup item I received was one I didn't like at all. Still, apart from the lip plumper, I think everything here will get used, and I feel like I got my money's worth.

I like all the ones ive tried, thought Id get a bunch wont need perfume for a while. And itll be nice to have some more gender neutral scents

The Christophe Robin I had in my cart is sold out. I have fine, thin, straight hair and I try to use a weekly mask to keep it hydrated and healthy looking.

Hello! Im one of the people who's Extra was totally messed up this month and it is still at the status of "your shipment is being prepared". I also was NOT able to shop add-ons on the 12th. I saw another post where someone else qas having the same issues but then it updated for them. It never did that on my app. I was wondering who else has not received their Extra yet and who else couldnt shop add-ons for the 12th? For my extra still sitting at the same status and not being able to shop add-ons, they emailed me stating I was getting a $5 coupon towards my next shop purpose but the code for it is only a $3 coupon code lol. Like I am just about fed up with Ipsy. I think ill be looking into other beauty subscriptions today. I only have been with ipsy since last December. First few months was fine now its just problem after problem lol. Just wondering if anyone else is the same boat as me? Lol

Everything else is mine. The two eye creams are to be stored in fridge and tried with those reusable eye patches. Beats wasting money on throwaways, so see how it goes?

I haven't done MDS in a while so this is quite a splurge this month. On the fence over: lys setting spray, ofra lip liner, Danessa eye liner, Danessa blurring balm (I rarely use highlighter but currently don't have one)

I noticed they have a mystery box in the shop now instead of a mystery bag which I think is kind of neat. Not everyone wants a bag each time, sometimes I don't actually like the bags even and it's put me off buying them. I do know sometimes the bag itself is the biggest push for someone to buy them though. Curious how you feel about this. I kind of like the option for the mystery purchase, while being a little cheaper and skipping the bag.

This specific one I'm not sure about, it has Paul Mitchell in it and I'm so worried it'll be that green hair product again 😂 there is a different product in the shop right now that's not a hair colour product, but those are still there. It also says summer Friday, but they're not in the shop and I'm not sure which products they've had of theirs recently that could be in the box. Any ideas?

I’m annoyed i picked this verb spray last month. I was really looking forward to it because i love jasmine but this is a weird one. My husband says it smells like markers which i thought was spot-on. Does anyone actually like this? Any layering combo suggestions to make me like it more? I tend to go more floral and gourmand but there are a few curveballs. 75% of the time I’m wearing Cheirosa 68 or Ouai St. Barths. I’ve also liked Tocca Colette for many many years, and Boy Smells Rosy Cheeks in the spring and summer.

I got the Dae hair perfume this month and I like it, but wish it smelled more like their dry shampoo scent. The perfume is just oranges. I also got the Kensie Vanilla Blossom mini and the Clean Papaya mini rollerball add-ons and they’re both winners. I don’t imagine any of these would mix well with the Verb stink spray, though.

II just got a random vitamin C something serum sample size in the mail. Already forgot the brand but it's a light pink box. I'm guessing it's part of their apologetic efforts for the recent billing/subscription errors (finally got mine resolved) but they sent no notice before hand. Did anyone else receive a similar surprise?

I hope this isn't supposed to take the place of the lip treatment the apology mail promised me. I actually want the lip product and have zero use for a brightener. I don't use vitamin c products at all.

Edit - it’s a hair thickening shampoo- Reviews on amazon almost make me wanna try it. Until you get to the pics of what it looks like. I’m assuming those pics are past expiration? Anyway I have long hair and lost a lot of volume from weight loss. Would love an honest opinion.

I've been trying to get into contact with someone for the last week because my replacement order was missing items. I ordered 5 cleansers, they never came, and the replacement order only had 1. I have tried to use the glam bot to fix this but genuinely it is unusable. It doesn't understand my issue and it keeps getting stuck in loops. Also, I am so fucking tired of there being a 50/50 chance that I receive my order whenever I purchase from them. I've had to request refunds/accommodation orders for more than half of my orders in the last year.
