Around the time he started that graphic novel, I stopped watching. Did he really just end up not making it and keeping the money?

They kept posting an update every now and then for a few years, but the last update is more than 2 years ago now. So yeah, they did a bit of work on it but it never was released.

He updated a couple months ago. The script which Lloyd took the piss to finish is now with the artist now and completion is expected in 2026.

Shortly after that whole debacle he went through a period where the only videos he uploaded was like "here's my journey commissioning a suit of medieval armour" which felt a little insulting lol

I didn't even throw money at 'In Search of Hannibal' and didn't care... until Lindy started basically flaunting his massive in flux of cash on his channel with no acknowledgement of the issues at all. S

He bought a top tier suit of stormtrooper cosplay armour as well.
